Houston Chronicle and the Fort Bend Herald have covered the list of recipients of the $1.3 M in COVID-19 grants provided by the George Foundation. The list includes Attack Poverty. This grant is enabling us to serve 350 families with paying their bills, up to $500 per family.

The George Foundation was established by Albert and Mamie George in 1945 because of their commitment to the welfare of the citizens of Fort Bend County.

This update is part of our ongoing COVID-19 Response. We are so grateful for your generous support and commitment to helping us break the cycle of generational poverty.
